Inclusion Criteria
Patients with brain tumour posted for awake craniotomy.
Exclusion Criteria
Anaesthesia criteria for exclusion from awake surgery include difficult airway like intraoral lesions, restricted neck movements, anatomical airway abnormalities and morbidly obese patients BMI more than 35

Name Time Method Efficacy outcomes <br/ ><br>1.To assess the awakening time in the asleep-awake-asleep (AAA) group. <br/ ><br>2. To assess the awakening time in the monitored anaesthesia care (MAC) group. <br/ ><br>Safety Outcomes <br/ ><br>To assess the safety outcomes noting the occurrence of any intraoperative cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological adverse events.Timepoint: Every 5 minutes intraoperatively
