- •Consenting psychiatric patients between 18-65 years of age, with a clinical diagnosis of schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder based on ICD 10 criteria and Family members/caregivers available for assessment.
排除标准
- •Patientââ?¬•s not having access to a mobile phone
- •Those admitted via magistrate order with no relatives.
- •People with alcohol dependence syndrome with an AUDIT score of >20
- •Patient likely to move out of state or change treatment providers during the study period
