1. had DM for more than 5 years
2. can control the blood sugar level
3. loss of sensation which assessed by SWMT in 2 feet more than 3 point
4. can walk independently without gait aid more than 10 meters
5. pass the MSET10 test
1. pregnant
2. deformity of leg and foot
3. ulcer at leg and foot which is cause by dm
4. eye problem which cannot resolve with the glasses
5. cannot control chronic condition
6. bp more than 160/100
7. lower limb fracture less than 6 month
8. alcoholism
9. abnormal of vestibular system
10. had a symptom related with peripheral neuropathy cause by MS disease
11. neurological condition which is effect to balance
