•1. Participants in the age group of 2-18 years with a confirmed diagnosis:
•2. Atopic Dermatitis as per Hanifin and Rajka criteria.
•3. Allergic Rhinitis/Asthma as per the ARIA guidelines
•4. Childhood migraine as per the ICHD Edition 3 guideline,
•5. FAPDs as per ROME IV criteria
•6. Parents willing to provide written informed consent or older participants able to provide written assent.
•1. Healthy participants in the age group of 2-18 years demographically matched to the cases.
•2. Parents willing to provide written informed consent or older participants able to provide written assent

•1. Participants with neurological conditions that affects the gut motility, endocrine disorders including Type I DM, hypothyroidism, obesity.
•2. History of any chronic illness
•1. Participants with a family history of atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis/asthma, childhood migraine and FAPDS
