Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Participants in the age group of 2\-18 years with a confirmed diagnosis:
  • •2\. Atopic Dermatitis as per Hanifin and Rajka criteria.
  • •3\. Allergic Rhinitis/Asthma as per the ARIA guidelines
  • •4\. Childhood migraine as per the ICHD Edition 3 guideline,
  • •5\. FAPDs as per ROME IV criteria
  • •6\. Parents willing to provide written informed consent or older participants able to provide written assent.
  • •1\. Healthy participants in the age group of 2\-18 years demographically matched to the cases.
  • •2\. Parents willing to provide written informed consent or older participants able to provide written assent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Participants with neurological conditions that affects the gut motility, endocrine disorders including Type I DM, hypothyroidism, obesity.
  • •2\. History of any chronic illness
  • •1\. Participants with a family history of atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis/asthma, childhood migraine and FAPDS
