Inclusion Criteria
Preterm babies with GA 28wks 0/7days to 36wks 6/7days with mild respiratory distress classified using lung USG with score less than 8 with in 2hrs after birth
Exclusion Criteria
1.Major congenital malformations incompatible with life.
2.Outborn admitted after 2hrs of life
3.Needing mechanical ventilation within 2hrs of life
4.Cyanotic congenital heart disease
