1.Patients attending OPD and IPD of Parul Ayurved Hospital.
2.Patients willing to enroll in clinical trial.
3.Patients aged between 21 to 60 years.
4.The subjective features of impaired hearing with associated symptoms tinnitus,vertigo,ear ache.
Deafness with intact eardrum.
5.Audiometery grading including Mild hearing loss from 26dB to 40dB and Moderate hearing loss from 41dB to 60dB.
1.Congenital sensorineural hearing loss.
2.Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating disease with other ear pathology and cases which required surgical intervention.
3.Perforated ear drum and Ear Discharge.
4.Immunocompromised patients.
5.Patient not willing to enroll in a clinical trial.
6.Audiometry grading including severe hearing loss from 61dB to 80dB and Profound hearing loss from 81dB or more.
7.Patients contraindicated for Karnapoorana Procedure.
