Inclusion Criteria

Patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer or high grade dysplasia by upper endoscopic submucosal dissection at 5 tertiary medical institutions in Pusan and Gyeongnam (KOSIN University Gospel Hospital, Dong-A University Hospital, Pusan University Hospital, INJE University Busan Paik Hospital, Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital)

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with a history of colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery, patients with familial polyposis, patients with inflammatory bowel disease, patients with a history of gastric or gastric surgery previously, patients with poor bowel preparation that require re-examination, patients who have failed cecal intubation, Serious complications that require the discontinuation of endoscopy
