Inclusion Criteria
The patients with CVJ anomaly diagnosed on the basis clinical features, confirmed by CT or MRI will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant mother, children ( < 15 years), patients with history of drug allergy, renal or hepatic failure, malignancy, coexistent stroke, head injury or spinal trauma, major psychiatric illness, on immune or chemotherapy, painful neuropathy due to any cause, and those unwilling for consent will be excluded
