Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All adult patients (age \>18years) admitted in the hospital undergoing offpump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.
- •Patients willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing on pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.
- •Patients undergoing valvular surgeries in addition to Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.
- •Patients having history of atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias.
- •Patients who are unable to provide consent.
- •Patients undergoing conversion to on\-pump after a planned OPCAB procedure
