All adult patients (age >18years) admitted in the hospital undergoing offpump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.
Patients willing to give written informed consent.
Patients undergoing on pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.
Patients undergoing valvular surgeries in addition to Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.
Patients having history of atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias.
Patients who are unable to provide consent.
Patients undergoing conversion to on-pump after a planned OPCAB procedure
