Data will be collecting from the patients coming to Government physiotherapy collage -OPD,jamnagar.from this data i will extract the number of patients which are coming to the treatment of Adhesive capsulities(frozen shoulder )
.patient who fit selection criteria will be selected, consent will be taken from patient and patient with frozen shoulder treated with Spencer muscle energy technique along with conventional physical therapy for 4weeks .before and after intervention SPADI , ROM, NPRS will be measured.
Data will be collected over a period of 8 months .

入选标准
- •Subjects willing to participate in the study Stiff shoulder at least 3 months duration.
- •Idiopathic frozen shoulder.
- •Limited range if motion (Abduction , external rotation ) 40to 65year age group, Bilateral /unilateral frozen.
- •shoulder Both male and female are included.
- •Frozen shoulder( unilateral )( stage 2 and stage 3)With or without DM.
排除标准
- •peripheral nerve injury, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, malignancies and rotator cuff pathologies were excluded .Thoracic outlet syndrome Unstable shoulder fractureShoulder dislocationComplex regional pain syndrome Taking pain medication excluded.
