- •All adults \=18 years of age diagnosed with HM on antibiotic.
- •Prescribers involved with antibiotic prescription in the treatment of HM patients.
- •Prescribers involved with antibiotic prescription in the treatment of HM patients, multidisciplinary (AMS) team
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Prescribers not involved with HM patients
