Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age group 18\-40 years \-both male and females
- •2\.Overweight individuals with BMI between 23\-27\.5 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Known history of cardiovascular, pulmonary or neurological condition in which 6\-minute walk test is contraindicated
- •2\. Smokers
- •3\. Individuals with active lifestyle, athletes
