- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I or II,
- •Gestation greater than 37 weeks
- •Singleton pregnancy
- •Non-smoker
排除标准
- •Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus
- •Use of vasoactive medication including salbutamol, beta-blockers and thyroxine
- •BMI greater than 35.0
