Diabetic patients with type 2 diabetes who have been diagnosed for six months and have a FBS equal to or greater than 126 mg / dL, according to the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diagnostic Protocol or an endocrinologist has confirmed their diabetes.
No use of Ash Kardeh and other traditional fermented products for 3 months prior to intervention.
The patient should be between the ages of 30 and 65 years.
Having other chronic diseases, such as heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, parathyroid disease, pancreatitis, endocarditis, cancer, asthma and allergies.
Gastrointestinal problems and short bowel syndrome.
Treatment with immunosuppressive drugs.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Smoking.
Being an athlete and doing heavy sports activities.
Pregnancy and lactation.
Following diets over the past 6 months.
Body mass index greater than 35 kg / m2.
