Inclusion Criteria
1.Adolescents and young adults (AYA) in age group of 15-39y with cancer diagnosis referred to Psycho-Oncology service
2.Receiving treatment with curative or palliative intent
3.Able to give informed consent or assent
4.Able to attend follow up assessments, either in-person or by teleconsultation
5.Able to read and understand English, Hindi or Marathi
Exclusion Criteria
?Adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer with moderate to severe intellectual disability and cognitive deficits

Name Time Method Distress values and levels at baseline on referral to Psycho-oncology service and at 3,6, 9, and 12 months - as measured by Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7Timepoint: Baseline and 3,6,9 and 12 months
