- •2. One or more symptom(s) suggestive of urinary tract infection (dysuria, frequency or urgency*; perineal or suprapubic pain; costo-vertebral tenderness or flank pain);

- •1. Known allergy to fluoroquinolones;
- •2. Female patients who are pregnant or lactating;
