- •advanced solid cancer who will receive palliative 1st line chemotherapy
- •- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0-2
- •- life expectancy >=4 months
- •- normal liver, kidney function
- •- who can comply study protocol
排除标准
- •- pregnant of lactating women
- •- brain metastases
- •- bone metastases with risk of pathologic fracture
- •- COPD GOLD stage >=3, anticoaguant treatment
- •- megestrol acetate treatment
- •- musculoskeletal disease
- •- uncontrolled hypertension
- •- symptomatic congestive heart failure
- •- arrhythmia or acute myocardial infarction in recent 6 months
- •- dementia or other psychiatric/neurologic disorder who cannot understand informed consent
- •- uncontrolled severe infection of other concomitant disease
