Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •advanced solid cancer who will receive palliative 1st line chemotherapy
- •\- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0\-2
- •\- life expectancy \>\=4 months
- •\- normal liver, kidney function
- •\- who can comply study protocol
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- pregnant of lactating women
- •\- brain metastases
- •\- bone metastases with risk of pathologic fracture
- •\- COPD GOLD stage \>\=3, anticoaguant treatment
- •\- megestrol acetate treatment
- •\- musculoskeletal disease
- •\- uncontrolled hypertension
- •\- symptomatic congestive heart failure
- •\- arrhythmia or acute myocardial infarction in recent 6 months
- •\- dementia or other psychiatric/neurologic disorder who cannot understand informed consent
