Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The healthy subjects (more than 12 years old) who are undergoing orthodontic treatments at the Advanced Oral Health Center, Walailak University.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Having a systemic disease, 2\. On a long term/recent/current regimen of medications affecting salivary flow, 3\. Receiving antibiotic therapy within the previous 6 months, 4\. Presence severe periodontal problems.
