简要总结
This study focuses on understanding how vaping affects the endurance and lung function of university football athletes aged eighteen to twenty four. Vaping has become common among young adults and is often viewed as safer than traditional smoking, but it may still harm respiratory health and physical performance. The research compares athletes who vape and those who do not by measuring endurance capacity using the yo yo endurance test, lung function using peak expiratory flow rate, and exertion levels using the rating of perceived exertion scale. The study aims to identify whether vaping leads to reduced endurance, lower lung performance, and higher perceived effort during physical activity. Insights from this research can help athletes, coaches, and health professionals make informed decisions and develop strategies to protect athlete health and improve performance.
