- •BMI 18 - 25
- •- male, female (equal distribution)
- •- no known metabolic disease (e.g. lipid metabolism disorder, diabetes mellitus type 1 or 2)
- •- Not taking any medication (exception: contraceptives)
- •- No chronic health impairment (e.g. cardiovascular diseases, thyroid defects, intestinal diseases)
- •- No mental or language impairments
- •- no low-carb, vegan or other diet with a permanent reduction in carbohydrate intake (DGE requirement: at least 50% carbohydrates)
- •- Signature of the declaration of consent
- •- Sufficient knowledge of the German language
排除标准
- •- Taking dietary supplements with an effect on lipid metabolism (e.g. MCT)
- •- Pregnancy/breastfeeding
- •- Simultaneous participation in other studies/study programs
- •- Taking medication (exception: contraceptives)
- •- Allergies/intolerances to the intervention products/ingredients
- •- No consent given for participation in the study
- •- Underage or over the maximum age
- •- presence of a serious illness or acute illness at the time of the study (e.g. diabetes mellitus)
- •- Metabolic diseases that represent a contraindication for ketogenic meals
