入选标准
- •1) Age of 18 years or more
- •2) Diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis according to the 2010 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis
- •3) Had two or more sites of active arthritis on physical examination
- •4) DAS (disease activity score)28ESR =3.2
排除标准
- •1) Had a history of malignant disease within 5 years
- •2) Had a history of metabolic bone disease
- •3) Cannot perform F-18 NaF bone PET/CT because of pregnancy or pathologic condition such as claustrophobia
- •4) Age of less than 18 years
