Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\. The patients with COVID\-19 pneumonia confirmed by radiologic study 2\. hypoxemia or non\-hypoxemia

Exclusion Criteria

•1\. Requirement of oxygen therapy higher than FiO2 0\.4 2\. Unstable hemodynamics or uncontrolled arrhythmia 3\. pneumothorax or pneumomediastinum 4\. thromboembolism or deep vein thrombosis 5\. cognitive dysfunction 6\. bleeding tendency
