Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA physical status I, II, or III.
  • •Surgery who required general anesthesia with endotracheal tube

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Increased risk of pulmonary aspiration
  • •2\.cervical spine pathology
  • •3\.anticipated airway difficulties (i.e., Mallampati grade3\& 4 or thyromental distance \<6 cm).
  • •5\.abnormal teeth or abnormal dentition
  • •6\.any cardiorespiratory disease (HTN, COPD, IHD)
  • •7\.cerebrovascular disease
  • •8\.reflux esophagitis
  • •9\.H/O sore throat within 10 days
