1) From Jan, 2007 to Dec, 2010, a consecutive series of patients who admitted to SNUH within 7 days after symptom onset
2) The patients who confirmed as stroke by brain MRI
3) The patients who underwent Neck CT angio/Perfusion CT
1) Previous history of stroke
2) Asymptomatic veterbral stenosis
3) Neck radiation history
4) Moyamoya disaese, Takayasu arteritis
5) Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos symdrome
6) Neck cancer
7) Tortuosity of vereterbral artery
8) Lack of information
