Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients falling in ASA Grade I and II

2.Patients with indication for CSE.

3.Patients coming for orthopedic lower limb surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients having clinical features of raised Intra Cranial Pressure.

2.Deranged coagulation profile

3. Platelet count <70,000

4. Skin site infection

5.Patient refusal

6.Previous spinal sugery.
