Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients falling in ASA Grade I and II
- •2.Patients with indication for CSE.
- •3.Patients coming for orthopedic lower limb surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients having clinical features of raised Intra Cranial Pressure.
- •2.Deranged coagulation profile
- •3. Platelet count <70,000
- •4. Skin site infection
- •5.Patient refusal
- •6.Previous spinal sugery.
