Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients falling in ASA Grade I and II
  • •2\.Patients with indication for CSE.
  • •3\.Patients coming for orthopedic lower limb surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients having clinical features of raised Intra Cranial Pressure.
  • •2\.Deranged coagulation profile
  • •3\. Platelet count \<70,000
  • •4\. Skin site infection
  • •5\.Patient refusal
  • •6\.Previous spinal sugery.
