1) Patients with displaced femoral neck fracture.
2) Patients above the age of 60 years.
3) Patients underwent surgery within 72 hrs.
4) Patients can undergo anesthesia before surgery.
1) Patients with a history of hip joint surgery.
2) Patients with hip fractures on both sides.
3. Patients with a history of fractures in other areas.
4. Patients with pre-existing pathologic fractures.
5. Patients with Bed-ridden.
6. Patients with Severe Senile Dementia.
7. Patients with pre-existing pathology in the hip joint.
