- •1) Patients with displaced femoral neck fracture.
- •2) Patients above the age of 60 years.
- •3) Patients underwent surgery within 72 hrs.
- •4) Patients can undergo anesthesia before surgery.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with a history of hip joint surgery.
- •2) Patients with hip fractures on both sides.
- •3. Patients with a history of fractures in other areas.
- •4. Patients with pre-existing pathologic fractures.
- •5. Patients with Bed-ridden.
- •6. Patients with Severe Senile Dementia.
- •7. Patients with pre-existing pathology in the hip joint.
