入选标准
- •1.Healthy children of 3-6 years of age from either gender.
- •2.Children with ECC - At least one tooth with soft cavitated dentin surfaces receiving score 5 of the ICDAS criteria (Distinct cavitation with visible dentin, involving less than half of a tooth surface)
排除标准
- •1.Children who received fluoride topical application during last 3 months.
- •2.Children with special health care needs.
- •3.Children who were on antibiotic therapy within past months.
- •4.Tooth with an abscess, symptoms of irreversible pulpitis, or a mobile tooth.
- •5.Children with known sensitivity to silver or other heavy metal ion were excluded.
- •6.Hypoplastic or developmental defects
