入选标准
- •patients with central venous line, patients ready for extubation, more than 48 hours on mechanical ventilation, no muscle rexaxants 24h bevore begin, hemoglobin >8g/dl, no clinical relevant acidosis, improvement of the reason the patient is ventilated for, temperature < 38,5 °C, RASS between +2 and -2, Noradrenalin < 0,2 µg/kg/min., SpO2 > 90%, PaO2/FiO2 > 150; PEEP < 10 cm H2O; pressure support < 10 cm H2O
排除标准
- •neurosurgical patients, patients under 18 and over 85 years, pregnancy, neuromuscular diseases, patients with tracheostoma.
