Inclusion Criteria

Women both married and unmarried between the age of 18-40 years

Regular cycles with heavy bleeding in duration or amount of flow or both

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with Hb less than 7gm%

Patients with systemic diseases and blood dyscrasias

Patients with endometriosis, adenomyosis, endometrial polyp, fibroid size more than 3 cm and malignancy

H/o of OCPs, IUCD insertion in last 3 months

PBAC Score to assess the amount of blood loss MAUA scale to assess the QoL of the patients <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Follow up of patient will be done before and after each cycle for 3 consecutive cycles during trial and one follow up after completion of trial.
