Inclusion Criteria

Histologically or Cytologically confirmed Cancer cases

Patients with social or emotional distress, and/ or impairment of physical activities or symptoms, as a result of cancer

Age older than 18 yrs

Exclusion Criteria

Patients receiving Radiotherapy or Chemotherapy or those who have to undergo major surgical interventions during the study period

Pre-diagnosed to have severe cognitive impairment or active psychosis

Inability to participate in a case taking and Quality of Life assessment session lasting a minimum of 15 minutes

Terminally ill patients
