1.Patients with lung space occupying lesions accepted the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery within 1 months and were pathologically confirmed to be lung cancer whose clinical stage were among Ia-IIIa stage;
2.Preoperative examination showed no absolute contraindications to surgery;
3.The Performance Status score was among 0-2 points;
4.The age of the patients were >= 18 years old and <= 74 years old, regardless of gender;
5.Patients can understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.
1.Over 6 weeks after surgery;
2.Patients sufferd from mental illness or had difficulty in completing the quality of life scale;
3.Patients were allergic to the study drug, or in other clinical trials.
