Exclusion Criteria

Motor or cardiovascular impairment precluding physical exercise; uncontrolled epilepsy; extensive skin lesions

An improvement in hip pain is expected on the 30th day, measured by the Brazilian version of the scale Victorian Institute for Sport Assessment for Gluteal Tendinopathy, with the active group statistically superior to the control group.
