Inclusion Criteria
After obtaining informed and written consent, patients of either sex, aged between 18-65
years, belonging to ASA physical status I and II, with Modified Mallampati grading I and II,
BMI: 18-30kg/m 2 undergoing elective surgical procedures under General Anaesthesia will be
included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with anticipated difficult airway (Modified Mallampati grading III and IV,
Inter incisor distance <2.5cm) Restricted Flexion or extension of neck
2. Patient with recent history of Sore throat or LRTI.
3. Patients having risk of aspiration (Pregnancy, Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease,
Hiatus Hernia, etc.)
