All patients aged between 18-65 years
Uncomplicated 3rd or 4th degree hemorrhoids
Classify by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) as I and II
Documented contraindication of spinal anesthesia such as chronic backache and spinal deformities, previous perianal surgery, known history of allergy to the drugs used in the study,
Bleeding disorders
3rd or 4th degree thrombosed hemorrhoids,
Active inflammatory bowel disease,
Pregnancy,
Documented neoplasm situated distal aspect of the large bowel or rectum,
Liver diseases with portal hypertension
