- •1. Patients aged 18 years and above, 2. American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status grade (ASA 1-2 ), 3.Undergoing general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Patients with history of pre operative sore throat, oral and nasal surgery, upper respiratory tract infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pregnancy, mallampatti grade >2, known allergy to study drug, those who required more than one attempt of intubation
