Inclusion Criteria
Age of 18 to 65 years; complicated wound in lower extremity
Exclusion criteria: Vascular dysfunction in the lower extremity; presence of a wound or skin disease in the location of the flap.

Name Time Method Success of the skin graft. Timepoint: 35 days and 3 months after surgery. Method of measurement: through physical examination.
