cephalic presentation
elective and early or 1st stage of labor
Exclusion Criteria
women not willing to participate
prematurity less than 36 weeks of gestation
second stage of labor and deeply engaged head
women on anticoagulant therapy
eclampsia/unconsciousness
known fetal bleeding
bone demineralization disorder
serious medical complications
