Inclusion Criteria
ASA class I and II
Properly fasted patients
Elective day care non laparoscopic surgery under GA
Duration of surgery 1 to 2 hours
Anticipated blood loss <100 ml
Exclusion Criteria
1.Parental refusal
2.child with known congenital deformity or syndromes
3.child with anticipated difficult airway
4.child with oropharyngeal pathology
5.child with significant cardiac, pulmonary,hepatic,renal,neurological,endocrinological diseases
