- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary Objective: Secondary objectives to study the effect of atorvastatin on kidney function and PRA in hypertensive patients with CKD.;Primary end point(s): muscle sympathetic nerve activity (MSNA);Main Objective: The primary objective is to investigate the effect of a statin (atorvastatin) added to chronic ARB therapy on sympathetic activity in CKD patients. We expect that sympathetic activity will be further reduced.
