Inclusion Criteria
Elective surgeries Under GA with Endotracheal Intubation in Surgeries lasting for more than 1 hour,
ASA 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with pre-existing respiratory disease, Patient not getting extubated at the end of surgery, patients coming for thoracic and upper abdominal surgery, patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,difficult airway,
BMI more than 30 kg/m2,
modified lung ultrasound score more than or equal to 2 in any region,
