- •ASA 1 and 2

- •Individuals with pre-existing respiratory disease, Patient not getting extubated at the end of surgery, patients coming for thoracic and upper abdominal surgery, patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,difficult airway,
- •BMI more than 30 kg/m2,
- •modified lung ultrasound score more than or equal to 2 in any region,
