入选标准

  • the investigators screened people using the Rome III criteria to identify individuals with FC. The Rome ? criteria are used clinically to diagnose FC (WGO 2010) for individuals with irritable bowel syndrome and are a valid and reliable tool. The Rome III criteria features high sensitivity (.81), specificity (>.99) and positive predictive value (>.99). Individuals were included who had two of the six Rome III symptoms which were loose stools are rarely present without the use of laxatives, and insufficient criteria for irritable bowel syndrome for at least 12 weeks, not necessarily consecutive, in the past six months.

排除标准

  • The exclusion criteria were as follows: irritable bowel syndrome; organic constipation or secondary constipation caused by neurogenic, metabolic, endocrine or postoperative diseases; cognitive impairment, aphasia, or mental disorders; severe liver, heart, kidney damage; did not wish to participate in the study; use of drugs that may affect the cardiovascular system; chronic use of anticoagulants, and an implanted cardiac pacemaker.
