- •Moderate or severe TMD signs and symptoms according to Fonseca's Anamnestic Index; headache complaints; diagnosis of myogenic or mixed TMD according to the RDC / TMD (Research Diagnostic Criteria for Temporomandibular Disorder); pain in the TMJ for at least 3 months, with a minimum score of 3 cm for the Visual Analogue Scale (EVA); presence of myofacial triggers in sternocleidomastoid, suboccipital and / or upper trapezius.
排除标准
- •Diagnosis of fibromyalgia; history of trauma or surgery in the cervical spine or temporomandibular joint; dental or pharmacological treatment with analgesics or muscle relaxants in the last 6 months.
