all of patients are female in age of fertility with benign gynecologic disease that accepted to participate.
exclusion criteria: refuse to participation;BD or IBS disease; pregnancy; infection; high grade fever; and manifestation of any unpredictable problem that interrupt laparoscopy or catheter insertion
