Inclusion Criteria
All patients without neurological diseases from the age of 18 with tinnitus/dizziness and pain in the head/cervical region.
Patients who speak and understand German well.
Exclusion Criteria
- Basic neurological diseases
- Pre-surgery on ear and neck
- Known vascular anomalies in the skull or cervical spine
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Test refusal by the patient
- Persons under 18
- Acute injuries or diseases
- Patients who do not agree to participate

Name Time Method Is there a parallel development of muscle status and the symptoms tinnitus or dizziness? Tinnitus Handycap Inventory? The end point is determined after completion of manual therapy.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI). Changes in the self-designed questionnaire and in the examination form.
