- •The desire to participate in research
- •Registration of a case in the diabetes clinic of Shahid Mohammadi hospital as a type 2 diabetic patient
- •Living in Bandar Abbas
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not participating in regular training sessions (absence of more than 2 sessions)
- •Not going to the diabetes clinic of Shahid Mohammadi Hospital
