1. Patients undergoing elective PCNL and Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries.
2. ASA grade1 and 2 physical statuses.
3. Patients scheduled for elective surgery.
4. No history of allergy or sensitivity to any of the studied local anaesthetics.
5. Patients weighing more than 50kg.
1.Patients with comorbidities (cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hepatic dysfunction, chronic pulmonary disease, Bleeding disorders, Neurologic and psychiatric disorders).
2.Presence of contraindications for local anaesthetics used.
3.Infection at the local site.
4.Patientâ??s refusal.
