1. Agricultural workers receiving organophosphate and carbamate pesticides both male and female between the ages of 20 and 45 years
2. The level of cholinesterase is less than 87.5 units/ml examined using the Reactive paper technique
3. Non-lactating and non-pregnant females
4. Absence of underlying disease or history of significant clinical conditions, particularly liver, kidney, and cardiovascular diseases or any other body system
5. No history of drug allergy and food allergy
6. No current use of medicines, including herbal medicines
7. No history of alcoholism (alcohol abuse)
8. No history of drug abuse or drug addiction
9. Ability to communicate effectively with study personnel
1. The level of cholinesterase is less than 1 kU/L
2. Clinically significant abnormal findings from physical
examination and routine laboratory tests (blood chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis) during screening
3. Participation in other clinical studies
