Inclusion Criteria
Patients of age 18-65 years, either sex, weighing between 50 to 70 kgs, ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiology) class I/ II.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patients with known history of LA allergy, psychiatric illness, substance abuse, opioid tolerance.
Any uncompensated systemic illness (cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurologic and endocrine).
Patient with Liver disease.
